At Howq Project Network (HPN), client confidentiality is paramount. We only collect information voluntarily provided through direct communication to evaluate project scopes, send proposals, and execute services. Your data is strictly confidential and is never sold, traded, or shared with third parties.

Project Initiation

A project officially commences—and domain registration is secured—only upon receipt of the initial deposit and the complete submission of all required client assets (content, imagery, and branding materials). Delays in providing these assets will adjust the delivery timeline.

Infrastructure & Hosting

HPN engineers custom web architectures from scratch; we do not rely on standard commercial CMS platforms like WordPress. To guarantee uncompromising speed, security, and structural integrity, HPN exclusively manages the deployment, hosting, and server infrastructure of the final product.

Code Ownership & Licensing

Clients retain full ownership of their brand assets and provided content. However, HPN retains the intellectual property rights to the underlying custom source code. The code is not handed over to the client by default. If a client requires self-hosting or full code ownership, a separate Source Code Buyout agreement must be established, subject to a premium licensing fee.

Attribution & White-Labeling

By default, all digital products feature a discreet "Powered by HPN" attribution in the footer. Clients wishing to remove this credit for a fully white-labeled product must agree to a White-Label Clause, which incurs an additional compensatory fee.
